Thomas Belesis’ Business Profile

A light bulb goes on in your head any time you see the face. He is the person who appears on your screen when one of the Cable networks are digging deep into issues dealing with micro economic policy; you have also probably espied a face that looks similar to his in the movies, or so you think. Here is some news for you; he is the same person, although not yet a household name, Thomas Belesis is definitely one of the most recognizable faces when matters of business, especially during candid debates on micro economic policy are concerned. He also boasts of an additional feather in his cap- he is the Co-chairman of the New York State Finance Committee for the Republican Party. His claim to fame lies in a variety of things, the key of which are discussed in the paragraph below:

The first is of course the fact that Thomas Belesis is the President and founder of John Thomas Financial – a New York City Financial Services Firm that he founded in the year 2007 after a successful run as a broker. The firm initially began as a three-person outfit but has since grown into a 300 personnel team that essentially deals with a raft of issues in the Financial Market; issues that John Thomas Financial services basically deals in include investment banking, personal wealth management, and corporate advisory services. The CEO is a fixture of sorts on Fox Business News and CNBC where he is an authority on matters micro economic. Taking full advantage of his repertoire of talents the CEO, as he is popularly known, has had a cameo appearance in the movie Wall Street: Money never sleeps; here he played the role of a trader alongside the character Jake Moore.

This figure, which intrigues those viewers who watch business programs on cable, also seemingly intrigues the wider public with his strength of character. In the year 2010, Greek American Magazine named him as one of the most intriguing figures that year; in the previous year, he had been awarded the Bronx GOP, Man of the year award by a legend of the Republican Party – Rudolph Giuliani. Thomas Belesis sits on the Executive Board of World Energy Forum; he is also an active contributor to the Marine Corp and Law Enforcement Foundation, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society among other welfare groups.
